This department provides project management and is capable of undertaking turnkey contract for all construction services and support projects. Projects extend from refurbishment to the construction and fit-out. This department provides full site management and supervision. The installation is carried to fully comply with specifications. Full support of site staff are given from the head office for design, drafting, administration etc.

This department provides equipments and system servicing and maintenance for all completed projects as well as providing independent maintenance contracts to government bodies, statutory boards, private sectors etc.  Contracts extend from pure HVAC servicing, repairs to full M&E and Range Maintenance Contracts and building works.

We also provides in-house training for staff in support of systems design and installation including operation and maintenance training, if required, instructor training.
